Marina herself leads Z Corp. of Somerville, a high-tech start-up bankrolled by her husband, a former Thermo Electron executive. And, like her father, 31-year-old Marina is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which provided the underlying technology for both Thermo Electron and Z Corp.
