ProQuest Archiver, from ProQuest LLC, hosts online archives for publishers to provide their content to customers through the publishers' own websites.

myPQA is an account maintenance portal for many online newspaper, magazine, and journal archives. Through myPQA, you can view your recent purchases, change your account profile, or request a refund.

To view your purchase history, follow these steps:
  1. Click on Account Details
  2. Your purchases are at the bottom of the page.

You can change your myPQA user information, edit/add a billing address, edit/add a shipping address, or edit/add a credit card.
To access your myPQA profile, and change or edit your User Information:
  1. Click on Account Details
  2. Choose the items(s) you would like to change.

To change your password, follow these steps:
  1. Click on Account Details
  2. Locate the "Update Password" section
  3. Input your new password
  4. Verify your new password by inputing it in the next box
  5. Click "Update"

If you aren't completely satisfied with a purchase made at any archive site, you can request a refund by following these steps:
  1. Click on my Account Details
  2. Locate the Purchase Information section
  3. Find the plan you wish to have refunded
  4. Click "Request Refund"
  5. Select the reason for your refund from the drop down.
  6. Click "Request Refund"
NOTE: For recurring plans, when a recurrence of a recurring plan is refunded, the subscription will continue, and you will be billed again the following month unless you ALSO cancel the recurrence.

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
  1. Click on my Account Details
  2. Locate the "Recurrence Information" section
  3. In the "Action" column, click "Cancel"
NOTE: When you cancel a recurring plan, you are not refunded for the previously billed occurrences.
